All about Obi

Obi is a Cocker Spaniel with more energy than a thunderstorm and ears that could take off in a strong wind. He loves chasing anything that moves, exploring every corner of the garden and stealing socks at every opportunity.

His daily adventures, cheeky personality and love of mischief gave PR Jones everything needed to write the book. Every scene in the story has a real moment behind it. If you have ever had a Spaniel at home, you will recognise Obi straight away.

Questions about Obi

Obi is a Cocker Spaniel. The breed is known for its long, silky ears, gentle temperament and enormous enthusiasm for everything. Obi is very much a typical Cocker Spaniel in that regard!
Absolutely. Squirrels are Obi's number one obsession. The moment one appears in the garden, the chase is on. The squirrel in the book is very much inspired by a very real, very cheeky local squirrel who drove Obi wild!
